I&#039;d add that committing to less than ten minutes is valid as well (although different).

I like to look at a task and decide that if it will take *less* than ten minutes, then I can do it straight away. It&#039;s a way of tackling the smaller things, rather than chunking down the bigger things, and borrowed from David Allen&#039;s &quot;Getting Things Done&quot; 2 minute email rule.

Hmm ... right now that sounds like heaven :) And yes, it works wonders with exercise. The challenge is to make sure you complete 10 mins (they sometimes seem really long). Best of luck with letter writing.</description>

Getting up 10 minutes earlier than usual gives you that extra 10 minutes in your day. Once you get used to your new routine this 10 minutes can easily be stretched to 20 or even 30 minutes just by resetting your clock. Before long you have added hours of precious time that is yours alone, to do with as your dreams inspire you. Across our time zones, greetings from Japan to you - Catrien Ross.
