		<description>Hi Avani: I agree that it&#039;s so important to stretch.  I also open my jaw, say ahhh, and drop my shoulders as a stretching exercise.  Also, being hydrated helps your brain work better so I always make sure to have a bottle of water next to me while I&#039;m working :-)

		<description>I&#039;m lucky to be home so often I&#039;ll get up and do a little dance, shake it all out.  Do some yoga.  Wonderful!

And yes, exercise is so extra important now that we are not all agrarians working the land and keeping in shape naturally.

		<description>Sometimes I&#039;d take a break with doing sit ups and yoga poses.  I find that with all that sitting, I am in danger of not enough toning and stretches.  Thanks for the tips!!  It&#039;s a good reminder that I can do more!

I learned about a &quot;palming&quot; technique for my eyes from Dr. Bates a while back.  Long story short, I corrected my eyesight and avoided glasses using the technique.
