		<description>I think I&#039;m more likely to start with the tadpoles than the frogs. :-)

I&#039;m a morning person so I don&#039;t really need to do much the night before to prepare for the next day.  I wake up really early and have plenty of time to get things done.  The hardest part if waking my daughter up - she&#039;s little but loves to sleep.

		<description>That is so true about morning setting the tone for your day.  

I just wish my head wouldn&#039;t feel as heavy some mornings, as I age I really notice my greater morning sluggishness.  Have any advice for that?  (Maybe don&#039;t get older?)

		<description>Hi Avani: I&#039;ve been breaking tasks down from frogs to tadpoles and it has helped me tremendously.  Instead of thinking: I&#039;ll declutter my magazines when I have a couple of hours to spare, I just take pick up a magazine as I leave the house and go through it when I&#039;m waiting in line or at the dentist&#039;s office. I am sound asleep by 10 p.m. *smile* However, it&#039;s not a bad idea actually. I&#039;ll just set my alarm for earlier.  There are definitely things I can do before I go to bed that would help getting going the next day.

One thing I have discovered, is that I must exercise before I get home from work.  Otherwise, it just ain&#039;t gonna happen.  So, I joined a gym right beside work and I go work out every day at lunch time.  This is working much better!
