		<description>An organized mind is one sure way of keeping your resolutions. If your goal is to lose weight, you have to plan ahead for getting healthy foods, if you are going out to dinner or hanging with friends. 
To truly change requires three things: desire, intent, and persistence. You have to identify what you desire enough to be willing to stick to, make specific, measurable, achievable goals.</description>

Again congratulations on setting those great goals, looking at your site and your comments I strongly believe you will reach your goals.

As for New Years resolutions - I don&#039;t believe in them. Most people have those great goals in the new year and come 1st of February all is forgotten. Personally I prefer to set and review my goals once a month. I believe this is important so you know how you are tracking.

And if you reach a goal of your make sure you celebrate and reward yourself.

That&#039;s how much conviction you are expressing here! :-) I meditated yesterday for 10 whole minutes. Shame that I can find 2 hours to blog and only 10 minutes to meditate. Guess it&#039;s all in priorities. And you&#039;re right, it&#039;s easier when you&#039;re motivated by the benefits you receive from it.

Like you, I&#039;ve never been fond of New Year&#039;s Resolutions -- I don&#039;t need New Year&#039;s to set goals for myself!  Rather, I have gotten into a habit of visualizing a year into the future each birthday.  I always have specific goals and obstacles to overcome, and in a year&#039;s time, I usually do accomplish them.  It&#039;s been pretty amazing to reflect on what a big difference a year makes.
