Actually took a little walk tonight, not too much nature since I live in San Francisco.  I am implementing meditation and vitamin C today, I really want to nip this stress thing asap.

		<description>Great one, it is so important to give the mind clear instructions of what you want each day, you will be surprised and how effective that it.  The steps also help reduce stress.  I must confess I am about to practice at least three of the steps listed above.
